When can I stop by and speak with someone in the Management Office?

The Management Office is open Monday through Friday, from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

When are assessments due?

Assessments are due on the 1st of each month. A grace period is in place until the 15th, any payments not in by the 15th will incur a late charge of $75.

Where do I send my assessment?

Bikes, Storage, & Pets

How do I sign up for a bike room space?

Bike stalls are $25 per year. Please visit the Management Office to pick up your bike sticker and bike room key. Please be prepared to write a check out to Shoreline Towers for $25.00 per bike. If you cannot come to the office before they close at 5PM, email Ashley, for alternate arrangements.

Does my unit have a storage locker?

Most units have a storage locker assigned. If you are a homeowner, please contact Management for your storage locker number. If you are a renter, please contact the unit owner/landlord to see if it is available for your use. 

I have a pet, how do I register?

At this time there is no fee for registering pets at Shoreline, but we require all pets to be registered. Please see Management for the appropriate form.
Moving In/Out of Shoreline Towers

I plan on moving in/out of Shoreline Towers. Who do I need to contact?

All moves must be scheduled with management a minimum of five (5) days prior to the anticipated move. A move packet with rules and required forms is available from Management by e-mail request at or by contacting Resident Services.

  1. There is a one time move in/move out fee due prior to the move, made payable to Shoreline Towers. This pays for guard service and processing of the lease. Schedules are available online and are subject to approval by the Board of Directors. Consequently, fees may change over time and the applicable fee will be determined by the actual moving date according to the currently approved fee schedule. It needs to be delivered to the on-site office at least a week before the move and check is made out to Shoreline Towers. The check must note their unit number and date of move in the check notes.

How is a move-in/out scheduled?

All moves must be scheduled with management a minimum of five (5) days prior to the anticipated move. A move packet with rules and required forms is available from Management by e-mail request at or by contacting Resident Services.

  1. Moves are allowed Monday-Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m, as determined by the Board of Directors. The schedule for moving days is approved by the Board and may be subject to change from time-to-time. Currently, all moves are scheduled from 9:00 a.m through 1:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. through 5:00 p.m. Any move exceeding the 4-hour limit will incur a fee for each additional hour after four hours.
  2. The door staff on duty will have a copy of an authorization to document a scheduled move.
  3. A fine will be imposed against any unit owners (after an opportunity for a hearing) who attempt to move-in or move-out of any unit or permit their tenants to move without prior written authorization from Management.

Using the residential elevators for moving in/out is prohibited unless specifically authorized by Management. This includes the movement of furniture, shopping carts, bicycles and any other large objects.
