Monthly parking is available for indoor spaces and on the outside parking deck. Please call manager for availability. Guest parking is available as space allows.

24-Hour guest parking stickers are available for purchase by building residents for $8.50. Strips of 5 stickers are available for $42.50. Stickers will be sold in the garage business office during normal business hours. The sticker, when adhered to the back of a guest parking claim check, will be good for up to 24 hours. Unused stickers are good indefinitely. The garage will only prorate at the beginning of a signed temporary parking agreement.
Prior arrangements must be made with garage management for any multiple guest parking.
Guest parking must be paid in full prior to departure. No exceptions.

Shoreline Towers maintains an outdoor parking space for iGo rental cars at space number 20. Visit the iGo Cars website to set up a membership or make a reservation.
Car Wash
Car washes are available as staff time permits. Washes must be scheduled in advance.
